Frequently Asked Questions

The post office hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm and Saturday 9am to 12noon. However, as long as we have a post office authorised member of staff on the counter you can collect mail at any time after 9am with the exception of 5pm to 5.30pm daily as this is when the post office end of day balance is done, and the computer system can't be interrupted.

The bottle shop is open 7 days a week and alcohol can be purchased at any time during normal opening hours with the exception of Sunday mornings when we can't sell you alcohol until 10am. This is due to licencing laws in NSW.

Just let us know and we will see if we can stock it for you. We have access to a massive range of products but just don't have the space to stock everything. So if you have a specific drink, food or anything else you would like us to get in for you, simple tell any member of staff.

We get 3 deliveries a week of fresh fruit and vegetables from a company in Newcastle who source the produce from Newcastle markets and directly from local farmers. This ensures the freshest produce throughout the week. As with all stock items, if you want something specific please let us know and we will see what we can do.

No we don't, however during Post Office hours you can withdraw and deposit funds with most Australian financial institutes. Otherwise we can always do small amounts of cash out from the main store with a minimum $5 purchase.
